Memento Audere Semper

Remember to always dare.
Gabriele D’Annunzio | Italian writer

values

TRADITION - ACCURACY

In medio stat virtus
Virtue lies in the middle.

This Latin aphorism, attributed to Aristotle (Aristoteles), an ancient Greek philosopher, and also found in the "Tao Te Ching", The Book of the Way and Virtue, attributed to the Chinese master philosopher Laozi, the founder of Taoism, fully inspires the meaning and purpose of our group. Guided by our ancestors, who passed on their knowledge and core values to us, we consistently prioritise fairness and balance in our decisions, the stewardship of our resources, both human and material, and in the generation and distribution of value.

EXCEPTIONAL CRAFTSMANSHIP - EXCELLENCE

Omnia preclara rara
All excellent things are rare.

A Latin phrase attributed to Cicero (Marcus Tullius Cicero, the Latin philosopher and writer) that encapsulates our aspiration and dedication to crafting exceptional products and services every day in the pursuit of a more beautiful, sustainable, and just world.

CREATIVITY - ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Non quia difficilia sunt non audemus, sed quia non audemus difficilia sunt
It is not because things are difficult that we do not dare, but because we do not dare that things are difficult.

This quote from Seneca (Lucius Annaeus Seneca, a 1st-century Roman philosopher and statesman) encapsulates our mindset and method for finding innovative solutions to the challenges of our daily lives, adding value to our entrepreneurial development.

expertise

The Divisa Group combines a wide range of expertise, spanning from design to precision machining, while maintaining the agility of a small-scale organisation to provide customised services tailored to your needs.

Design and engineering

We offer our customers the full range of our extensive expertise in micromechanics, including machining, assembly and testing, to ensure we find the best technical solutions to bring your projects to fruition.

Bar turning

We can produce small-diameter parts (from 0.1 to 20 mm) with high productivity using both traditional machines and the latest generation of CNC lathes.

Turning

Our fleet of fixed headstock CNC lathes allows us to machine high-precision parts with large diameters, reaching up to 60 mm for bars and 140 mm for billets.

Milling

The most complex parts are machined directly on our 3/4/5-axis milling centres and modelled using CAD/CAM software.

Finishing

Our support workshops for reworking, deburring and polishing ensure that our parts always meet the highest standards of quality and finish. We also take great care in selecting our subcontractors, who are true partners, for any operations that cannot be completed in-house, such as heat or surface treatments.

Assembly

Simple or complex assembly operations for a wide range of sectors, including medical, watchmaking, industrial and aerospace, are carried out in our decontaminated assembly room in a controlled environment by an experienced team in accordance with the strictest quality and control procedures.

Quality

Quality is an integral part of our internationally accredited organisation, guiding and inspiring every aspect of our operations. We are committed to continuous improvement and constantly update our control tools and processes.
